The Worldwide Kickboxing champion Kristell Massiotta and her coach will be coming in the UK in order to do some exercises, fitness, cardio and abs using only your body weight. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hyde Park to challenge yourself!
Each class is limited to 30 people by classes, people need to hurry to book the class they want, only £10 per class. There are three classes running over a weekend:
Saturday 9th June 2018 9am or 4pm
Sunday 10th June 2018 9.20am
