Postnatal Pilates at Yoga Mama Wellness

THURSDAY LUNCHTIME, 12-1PM

Postnatal Pilates classes are ideal for women looking to regain fitness after pregnancy and childbirth. There is a strong focus on working the core muscles that become weakened during pregnancy. These classes are suitable for women from six weeks after giving birth, or after their postpartum check-up. We strongly recommend against women participating in postnatal Pilates classes before this time. Babies are welcome, but please note they do not participate in the class.

To reserve your place, you can book online, in person at reception, or by calling us on 020 8789 3881. Drop in places cost £17 and are subject to availability. Class passes (6 classes) cost £90.
