The Boat Race is a side-by-side rowing race between crews from the universities of Oxford and Cambridge along a 4.2-mile tidal stretch of the River Thames in south-west London starting in Putney.

Come along to St Mary’s Square in Putney and visit Riverside Radio who will be broadcasting live from midday until 5pm. Explore the tasty street food stalls before the race starts or if you prefer a local Putney eatery, make sure you book in advance as they become very busy during the day into the evening!
