Putney Mumpreneurs: Building trust – how to make the most of networking to build your business

Putney Mumpreneurs is a local networking group held in my home in Putney where we provide a fantastic and talented guest speaker, networking and a delicious lunch! This is open to men and women and parents and non-parents. Its a very supportive group for local entrepreneurs who would like to learn a bit more about how to grow and develop their businesses in a friendly and informal format.

Some of you already know Sue Carruthers, founder of Sue Carruthers & Associates. Based in Barnes they are known for Developing People and Building Business. We are excited Sue is our Guest Speaker in May 2018.

Getting and keeping customers is all about trust. If people don’t trust us they won’t buy from us. Trust is what sets us aside from the competition – trust in ourselves, our service and our products. In today’s fast paced, virtual and social media orientated world, how do we build trust when often we don’t even meet our customers? And when we do meet them how can we build trust quickly so we make the most of the opportunities we do have?

In this interactive workshop, you will explore what trust is and how can we build it quickly, both face to face and virtually, with customers and potential customers. We will share practical, simple and yet highly effective techniques to use in our communication with our customers and potential customers to make sure we build trust and then keep it.

By the end of the workshop you will:

Know what the components of trust are

Have worked out which you are more and less effective at using

Have tried and tested ideas and strategies to capitalise on the components you are using well and to build the ones you currently use less.

£35 per person includes networking, lunch and refreshments.
