On Sunday the 12th of November, HotPod Yoga and The Massage Company will be running a Yoga and Massage event for BEAT charity.
It’s £5 donations only for a 45 min Hotpod flow followed by a 25 min massage. They will then be offering snacks on the shopping centre floor outside the studio after. There are limited places so book now!
