Tech and Tea: Organising Your Computer

A free and relaxed technology and IT workshop with Communitech. Tips for organising your folders and files; one of the most requested Tech Talk topics. No question is a silly question

This will include all our favourite ways to make our computers more organised and easier to use. This will include going over the following topics:

• Creating folders and moving files
• Adding shortcuts to your most used programs/websites/apps
• Uninstall programs you never use (or delete bookmarks/shortcuts)
• Adding desktop icons/pinning icons to the task bar

If you aren’t super computer savvy, some of the terminology used above may not make a whole lot of sense. We’ll make sure we all understand all the jargon together, and answer as many of your questions as we can!
