From Tuesday 28th November until Saturday 23rd December, Tran2Fight are offering their Boxing Basic Programme at £99 for 12 sessions (Tues & Thurs @7pm and Sat @10am) and you can purchase here.
A brilliant way to kick start to a new fitness regime that you can sustain, whilst getting an introduction to the skills, techniques and fitness drills of a boxers training regime.
Once you’ve completed the Boxing Basics Course, you are invited to join the membership, allowing you to attend a variety of classes including: Boxing Technique & Fitness Classes, Functional Fitness Circuits, Bodyweight Circuits, Sparring and Pure Weights which run from early morning until late evening. If desired, you will also have the opportunity to join a Fight Camp and compete on one of our boxing shows.
It’s a great atmosphere in the gym, a good mixture or hard work, sweat and laughter! Most members continue to train alongside those who they completed the Boxing Basics Course with.
