We invite you to a fun and insightful meditation workshop where you will learn the tools to create more space in your life. The purpose of meditation is to make our minds light and peaceful. This interactive and introductory talk and practice to meditation is the perfect starting point into the journey of quieting your mind and relaxing your body.
From the moment we open our eyes in the morning until the time we decide to call it a day last thing at night, our minds are over stimulated with the busyness of life.
In this intro to meditation workshop, you will learn basic techniques to experience and practice for yourself the beauty of meditation and the importance of living fully in the present moment.
Simply having an awareness of our patterns of thinking can lead us not only to new insights, but help us to transform our day to day life in a more meaningful and fulfilling way.
