Train2Fight Boxing Basics Course

If you’ve never boxed and want to kick start a new, effective and enjoyable fitness regime – then this is a great way to do so!

The course lasts 1 month and will teach you how to move like a boxer, throw and defend a punch as well as improve your fitness and body shape.

There will be a maximum of 12 people per class to ensure that we can really focus on each person’s technical progress and fitness desires.

After you have completed the course you will be entitled to join the membership where you can join any of our morning, lunchtime or evening classes including: Boxing Skills, Pure Weights, Functional Fitness, Sparring, and Boxing Blitz.

 

Course days: Tuesday at 7pm; Thursday at 7pm; Saturday at 10am

Price: £99 for 1 month.
