Cilantro
The idea behind Cilantro is to serve beautiful Indian food without the heaviness and greasiness that traditional Indian food is often known for here in the UK.
Their chefs have a combined 75 years of hospitality experience. Their co-founder Raje Senthil comes from a background of family-run restaurants in her home country of India, and it is from these special establishments that they have drawn inspiration – taking the family’s traditional recipes and adding a contemporary twist for modern food lovers in Putney.
