On the 22nd of September we visited Roehampton Freshers fair to promote Putney to the new and returning students. It was a very busy day with many people stopping off to visit our stall.
Spin the Wheel
Our spin the wheel was a very popular activity, prizes included some new and exciting merchandise we had made up for the event including Love Putney Tote bags, water bottles, key chains and pop-sockets. We gave out over 200 tote bags and there were 20 lucky winners of the coveted love Putney water bottle.
Visit Putney
Many undergraduates come from around the country for Roehampton’s prestigious courses and our job was to promote Putney as the place to visit for all student needs at the Roehampton Freshers Fair. Whether they are on a night out to Le Fez or grabbing groceries from Lidl. A quick 20-minute bus journey and they are right in the heart of Putney.
Overall, the event helped to promote the wonders of Putney. We look forward to returning next year. Watch this space for some water bottle giveaways – we have many more.
