St Christopher’s Fellowship Christmas Appeal

Children’s charity St Christopher’s is launching their Christmas appeal, raising funds to ensure young people in care can unlock their potential.

The charity, which has been supporting children and young people since 1870, provides quality children’s homes, supported housing, fostering and other specialist services, and promotes lifelong learning and thriving for all those in their care.

The appeal highlights the story of Emma, a young girl who came into their care and with unwavering support during her time with St Christopher’s has ultimately flourished – going on to succeed academically and secure a job with a bright future ahead.

Emma’s story is a great example of how the team around her helped her to thrive. They created a space for Emma to overcome challenges and unlock her potential. Her story highlights the difference St Christopher’s can make to young lives, helping them to reach their potential, when given the right opportunities.

Jonathan Whalley, Chief Executive of St Christopher’s, said:

“I’m thrilled to be able to launch this year’s Christmas Appeal to support young people to thrive, especially in these difficult times.”

Please consider donating £35 today to help St Christopher’s give more children and young people like Emma a safe and happy home where they can unlock their potential and build a brighter future www.stchris.org.uk/Christmas
