Positively Putney recently ran a series of mystery shopping assessments to support our BID businesses and reward the best performers.
We are delighted to announce that 50 BID businesses took part and, due to their high customer service standards, Putney town centre has been ranked as one of the highest performing town centres alongside Liverpool and Manchester.

Two winning businesses scored a whopping 100% – congratulations to Kashmir (Dining) and Live Free Chiropractic and Wellness (Retail) for their perfect customer service.
