Rob is a Real Estate Partner at Russell-Cooke solicitors. They have had their offices in the attractive former bank building on the corner of Putney High Street and Upper Richmond Road since 1906. Rob has recently joined the Board of Directors for Positively Putney BID. Rob spoke to us about what he loves about working in Putney.
Tell us about yourself, what your role is at Russell-Cooke and what you enjoy about working in Putney?
I’m Rob, originally from Ipswich (and a dedicated Ipswich Town supporter). I’ve been a solicitor specialising in commercial property law for nearly 20 years and have been with Russell-Cooke for almost two years.
I work on a broad range of commercial property transactions acting for all sorts of businesses and individuals including property investors, occupiers, developers and funders. Putney is a super place to work. It’s got some great places for entertaining clients, a stone’s throw from the river and is readily accessible to the centre of London.
What do you love most about Putney?
It’s London but without quite so much of the mayhem of being in the centre of the City.
