The British Sake Association warmly invites you to our 2022 Grand Tasting of Sake, happening in Putney on October 7th!
This is the largest sake event in the UK, with over 100 different sakes from a wide variety of UK sake importers and distributors available for tasting on this very special evening.
In addition to a walkaround sake tasting area, we will also be running two special sake masterclasses on the night that attendees can separately sign up for: one will showcase Japan Centre’s newest addition to their brewery portfolio, the legendary Kuheiji sake introduced by Chief Brewer & Managing Director Kuno Kuheiji himself, and the other features star bartender Sam Boulton from Shibuya Underground showing off sake and shochu mixology and cocktails.
Ticket price includes:
– 100+ premium sake available to taste on the night
– one ticket for the BSA’s famous raffle, with a chance to win fabulous prizes including bottles of sake, gift certificates, sake tasting experiences and more (additional raffle tickets can be purchased on the night, with all proceeds to charity)
– one starter-sized cheese platter or bowl of food to accompany the sakes, prepared by award-winning Chef Issa at Putney Pantry (additional food will be available for pre-order)
