Pulse Club

Pulse Club Putney is a contrast therapy venue on Upper Richmond Road offering social sauna sessions, cold plunges and guided wellness experiences including breathwork and sound baths.

Pulse Club Putney, located at 228 Upper Richmond Road have a large bespoke social sauna with capacity for 20+ people and four cold plunges chilled to between 3-10 degrees. Most of their sessions are for 75 mins and opening times are from 7am – 9pm daily.

Contrast therapy is becoming increasingly popular as more people understand the benefits of sauna and cold water including physical recovery, improved cardiovascular health, better sleep and reduced stress levels. We want to build somewhere for people to relax, reset and reconnect in a welcoming and inclusive environment that is affordable and open to everybody.

Sessions are a mix of free flow sessions where guests are free to move between the sauna and cold plunges at their own pace and guided classes including breathwork. Programmes also include silent, womens only and first-time sessions as well as rituals such as sound baths, aromatherapy and aufguss.
