Putney Awards 2024

We recently hosted our annual meeting, in which we gave out awards to businesses as voted for by the people of Putney. We received hundreds of votes with so many positive things said about lots of businesses here in Putney. Each category has 3 winners (apart from our social media award), as they were so close.

Service with a smile

Putney is blessed with super friendly service establishments who care intensely about serving their customers. This years winners are all long established businesses with lots of experience in caring for customer needs. Husbands Pharmacy is one of the oldest pharmacies in London and has been looking after people in Putney since 1891. Putney Library, another winner, open since 1899. Our final winner in the category was Allan Fuller, who celebrated 40 years in business earlier this year.

The retail scene in Putney is full of independent and national retailers. This was reflected in the award winning businesses in the retailer of the year category. Congratulations to The Source – an innovative zero waste and bulk food shop, High Street Favourites Oliver Bonas and Blabar, an independent retailer and coffee shop.
